It takes courage to stop drinking, and sometimes the most difficult part is getting started on stopping. That is, getting committed to a plan of action that is right for you.

I give no-cost consultations so you can learn more about hypnosis, how it can help you and how I work.

  1. Find and resolve the root cause of why you started drinking in the first place. Use the focus and openness inherent in hypnosis to gain a deep understanding and compassion for your past choices, and an increased freedom to make different choices for your future.

For instance, having friends who drink a lot, working in a drinking establishment, or having a job/family life that doesn't seem to give you a break. Learn how to create a lifestyle with boundaries and habits that are life giving and stress relieving.
  3. Understand how your emotions work, and how to work with them. Difficult emotions can actually be important guides and indicators toward powerful actions. You'll learn how to use the wisdom of emotions like anger, sadness, guilt and shame as guides to positive choices.
  4. Learn how to do self-hypnosis so you can continue build self-confidence on your own. You'll learn how to re-direct your attention and stay relaxed through regular practices.
  5. Learn helpful strategies to help you navigate stressful and difficult situations. The thing that drives us back to our old habits more than anything is overwhelm. Learn how to anticipate and work through stress in a constructive way.
